POST TRIB & POST WRATH

Post-Trib & Post-Wrath

O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me! Job 14:13

According to Job we are hid in the grave until thy wrath be past and then we will be changed. (resurrected)

Job 14:10-15:

But man dieth, and wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he? As the waters fail from the sea, and the flood decayeth and drieth up: So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep. O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me! If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. Thou shalt call, and I will answer thee: thou wilt have a desire to the work of thine hands.

Now Job tells us that we die (sleep) and are hid in the grave, until the wrath of God be past, then we are resurrected (changed).

Job also says that we lieth down (die) and rise not (resurrect not) til the heavens be no more.

Isaiah 13:13:

Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

Isaiah 65:17:

For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

Isaiah 66:22:

For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.

Jeremiah 2:12:

Be astonished, O ye heavens, at this, and be horribly afraid, be ye very desolate, saith the LORD.

2 Peter 3:10-13:

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

The scriptures above tells us that when Christ comes as a thief in the night the heavens pass away. This shows us when Christ comes the wrath of God is poured out.

God has not appointed us to wrath:

For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 1 Thess. 5:9

Job 14 tells us that God will hid us in the grave until thy wrath be past. Then we will not be appointed to God's wrath.

Let us now allow the Word of God to interpret itself as we show more proof.

Isaiah 26:20:

Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.

Here Isaiah told us to enter into thy chambers, shut the doors, hide thyself until the indignation (anger/wrath) be past.

Psalm 102:25-26:

Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:

Hebrews 1:10-12:

And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.

Both David and Paul say the heavens shall perish and then we shall be changed (resurrected)

1 Corinthians 15:51-53:

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

Paul speaks of us being asleep (dead) until we are changed (resurrected)

1 Thessalonians 4:14-18:

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Paul again talks about us being asleep (dead) until resurrection.

Revelation 6:9-11:

And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

John records here about the souls under the alter who are asleep (dead) who ask how long it would be before God avenge (poured out His wrath) their blood on them that dwell on the earth. And they are told they must rest (be dead) until the great tribulation (great wrath of Satan) and the wrath of God are past.

Revelation 11:18:

And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

John records God’s wrath coming and then the time of the dead (dead in Christ resurrected) and then the judgment.

Revelation 15:8:

And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

John tells us here that no man was able to enter the temple til the seven plagues (7 vials) of the wrath of God were fulfilled. Showing us again, that we are not resurrected until God’s wrath is poured out.

1 Thessalonians 4:15-18:

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these with these words.

Many teach it is Christians who are alive and remain when Jesus comes but according to scriptures it will be the tribes (12 Tribes of Israel / Jacob). But we just seen in many scriptures is t he Christians are those who are dead in Christ because they laid down their lives for Jesus and didn’t take the mark during the tribulation.

When you look up tribes in the Word of God it always refers to the 12 Tribes of Israel. (Jacob). When Christ comes after the tribulation (wrath of Satan) the wrath of God is poured out causing the heavens to be no more. The Christians are already dead because they were killed during the tribulation (wrath of Satan). The scriptures below will show the tribes will be gathered when Christ comes.

Matthew 24:29-31:

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

We see here when Christ comes the heavens pass away, the tribes of the earth mourn and they see Jesus coming in the clouds and then the angels gather them.

Also in Revelation 7:1-8 we see the 12 Tribes of Israel (Jacob). They are 11 sons and 1 grandson of Jacob. Verse 3 says Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads. So, we see the 12 tribes of Israel (Jacob) are on the earth when Christ comes and they are sealed before the wrath of God is poured out on the wicked on the earth.

Then we see in Revelation 7:9-17 a Great Multitude (Christians) that no man can number coming of our great tribulation. This are the Christians who were martyred during the tribulation.
